Why We Began

Quoting solar in South Africa means juggling Eskom tariffs, load-shedding backup, supplier price lists, finance terms and SSEG paperwork — usually across a spreadsheet, a PDF template and a WhatsApp thread. We lived that at an installer and wanted one place where it all connected.

SolarAgent is that place: an AI assistant that knows your catalogue and your rules, a proposal your customer can accept online, and the CRM and project board to carry it through to installation.

What we believe

Installers win on trust and speed, not on prettier PDFs. The assistant should do the arithmetic and the admin so your people can spend their time with customers.

We also believe the customer should see your brand, not ours. Proposals carry your logo, colours, fonts and terms; SolarAgent stays in the background.

Speed
A bill and an address are enough for a priced, sized, branded proposal. Reps send it from the driveway instead of the next morning.
Accuracy
Products, prices, tariffs and finance terms come from your own settings, so every proposal quotes what you can actually install.
Follow-through
Accepted proposals turn into project cards with phases and tasks. The sale and the install share one record, so nothing falls between them.
