Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the SolarAgent platform by your organisation and its users. By creating or using an account you agree to them.

The service

SolarAgent provides tools to size solar systems, build and share proposals, manage customers and projects, and interact with an AI assistant on the web and over WhatsApp. We may add, change or retire features; material reductions will be announced in advance.

Your account

• You are responsible for the users you invite and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must have the right to load any customer or supplier data you enter.
• You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages or to break any law.

Proposals and calculations

System sizing, savings, payback, finance and tax figures are estimates produced from the inputs and settings you provide. They are a sales aid, not engineering, financial or tax advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of every proposal you send and for compliance with SSEG, NRS 097-2-3 and any other applicable requirement.

Fees

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in South African Rand, exclusive of VAT, and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are not refunded for partial periods.

Your data

You own the data you load. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and you can export it on request. On termination we delete it after a reasonable retention period.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment after notice.

Governing law
